Whilst we do our very best to abide by the terms and conditions of our shipping terms, we cannot control potential delays such as high volumes of orders or postal service delays. That said we will try our very best!

Wells Trading Company is located in Auckland, New Zealand. We ship to the whole of New Zealand. We can also ship internationally, please email us at amanda@wellstrading.co.nz for more information on this.
Please note, for rural deliveries, we are unable to offer a 'signature required' delivery service - to ensure the safe delivery of your goods, please specify in the order notes a safe place to leave your parcel. Please allow an extra two working days for delivery.
Standard Shipping rates are:
New Zealand orders between $0.00 - $499.99 = $12 - $25 shipping
New Zealand (excluding rural) orders over $500.00 = Free Shipping
Rest of the world = $200.00 shipping or contact us for rates
Click + Collect 215 Kepa Road, Mission Bay = Free
Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item. If an item is oversized we will get back to you regarding additional shipping costs.
Shipping rates for furniture items fall outside the above rates, please contact us for a price.
Wells Trading Company takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. All products are packaged carefully to ensure they reach you safely. You can also add any special delivery instructions in notes at checkout.
When items are in stock, they ship on the working day following payment clearance unless otherwise stated. Once items have been picked up, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Most parcels arrive within two-five working days. We will always advise if we expect any delay, however, we cannot guarantee time frames for rural as our providers do not have direct control over all parts of the delivery chain.
Click and Collect
You can also order online and pick up from our Mission Bay store! We’ll email you once it’s wrapped and ready to go! Our customers have found this particularly handy for those last-minute gifts and at Christmas time. We aim to have your order ready that afternoon if it is made before 12 noon, otherwise the following day.
Shipping options are selected in the final screen when you are checking out, so you will still need to enter your address details, but just select ‘Click + Collect’ on the payment screen.

Payment and Credit Card Security
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Your credit card will be charged in New Zealand dollars.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
We also offer LayBuy online. You will need to register with LayBuy to use this payment method, all the information is on their website.
Returns and Exchanges
All our products are hand-selected and packed just for you, and we have confidence in our delivery providers ability to get your items to you as you’d like them. However, if for any reason you are not happy please contact us within two days of receiving your order.
We must be notified of your intention to return an item within two days of receipt of your order, and receive the returned item within seven days of receipt of your order. Please email us within two days of receiving your order at amanda@wellstrading.co.nz
If the product is faulty we will replace it, if it is out of stock we will refund the purchase price or offer you a store credit. If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery provider to resolve any claims. Please note that claims must be made within two days of delivery of the item.
While we’re sure you will love the product, if you change your mind an exchange of goods or credit note is at the discretion of Wells Trading Company. Proof of purchase will be required to return or exchange the product, and if a credit note is issued it will not include the shipping fee. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, or outside the seven day return period. Please ensure the item is safely and securely packaged, as a credit will not be given if the item is received back damaged.
Sale Items
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
